You can configure the visibility of tasks in your calendar views in multiple levels:

  • Select global visibility of tasks in the calendar list (MENU - manage calendars)
  • Select per list visibility in the task list configuration (TASKS MENU - manage lists and accounts)
  • Toggle visibility of finished tasks (settings - tasks)


If the tasks (calendar) is still missing, please make sure following: Events from one or more calendars missing (wrong profile selected)
