The Amazon Appstore for Android devices will be discontinued on August 20, 2025. Fire TV and Fire tablet devices are not affected.

Unfortunately you cannot transfer licenses between Amazon Appstore and Google Play Store, because the Amazon Appstore uses different app signatures and therefore it cannot be integrated into the Google Play Store.

We are planning a 4-week sale on the Google Play Store at the time the Amazon Appstore is discontinued.

Please note:
aCalendar+ cannot be installed in parallel (from Amazon Appstore and Google Play Store). If you like to use it in parallel you can install aCalendar (without the +) from Google Play and do an In-App purchase, please see also: About Upgrades

We recommend the following procedure:
* Export and save your app settings: Go to settings, open in the top bar the menu and choose 'Export'.
* Export and save your local tasks: Go to tasks / manage lists and accounts. You have to do the export for every task list separately.
* Deinstall the Amazon Appstore aCalendar+ version.
* Install the aCalendar+ version from Google Play Store.
* Import your app settings: Go to settings, open in the top bar the menu and choose 'Import'.
* Import your local tasks: Go to tasks / manage lists and accounts. Open in the top bar the menu and choose 'Import'.

Local calendars are not stored within aCalendar, but in general we recommend to use a cloud services, please see: Using local calendars

We also offer aCalendar+ on Amazon App Store amazon.com amazon.co.uk amazon.ca amazon.fr.

Due to policy restirictions by Amazon and limitations of the Amazon Fire OS, there may be slight variations in the version published on Amazon Apps store.

We push updates to Amazon App Store and Google Play, but due to differences in the update/rollout process in the two stores, the updates are not always simultaneously.
