In the Event Display settings you can configure how events are shown in the different calendar views and in the event details dialog.


Following settings are configurable:

  • Hide declined events: switch on/off, if switched on declined events will not be shown. Please see also: Delete, undo delete, hide, mark canceled or finished

  • Event time and Event time (landscape): for day, week and month view, you can configure the time format (none, start, start and end time) for portrait respectively landscape mode.

  • Lines per event: Maximum number of lines per event (1-3) for day (only all day events are configurable), week and month view.

  • Event design: several design options are offered for timed and all day events.

  • Location: switch on/off for day and week view, if switched on event location will be shown.

  • Show notifications as bell: this is configurable for day and agenda view for events with an alarm set.

  • Detail view: you can configure whether to show visibility, availability and days until event.
