How Attachments Work

Attachments in aCalendar are links to files stored on your device or in the cloud (files are not stored inside aCalendar itself).

! Warning: If you delete or move the original file on your phone or cloud storage, the link will still be shown, but you can no longer open the file.

Supported File Sources

You can attach files from the following sources:

  • Take a new photo
  • Image from gallery
  • Google Drive file
  • Dropbox file
  • Microsoft OneDrive file
  • Local file (on your phone)

Syncing Attachments Across Devices

Only Google Drive files in Google Calendars can be synchronized to other devices.

To enable this, turn on Google Drive attachment sync for the specific calendar in your calendar list.
